“When you select garments that
honor your body's natural contours, they are in harmony with Nature's Master
Plan and fit you to perfection.”
To determine your most flattering clothing silhouettes and the fabrics that
harmonize with them, it is necessary to define your “Elemental Body Shape.” Fashion
Feng Shui® identifies five basic body shapes.
A Fashion Feng Shui® Facilitator can assist you in identifying and dressing
your body shape.
Sensual/Soft Triangle
or Teardrop "A" or Pear
- Your lower body (hips/thighs) is broader
or fuller than your upper body (bust/chest/shoulders)
- You wear a smaller size top than bottom.
- You may have a small bustline, defined waist and full derriere or be voluptuously
Ruebensesque.
Your asymmetrical body shape requires a soft a-line or flowing
silhouette in Water fabrics. Choose, semi-structured tops and fluid skirt or
pants that ease over your fuller hips and thighs. Avoid clothes with angular
silhouettes.
